Located in the heart of the Alpilles massif, Château d'Estoublon is one of the great estates of the Baux-de-Provence appellation with over 120 hectares of Provencal olive groves surrounding the estate. Many of the estate’s olive oils have gone on to clinch prestigious international competitions.

Kaviari House practices the traditional Iranian method of harvesting the roe before it fully matures, resulting in firmer caviar pearls.

Following a long friendship of over two decades with the Kaviari House founders, Raphaël Bouchez and Jacques Nebot, Chef Sebastien Lepinoy collaborates with Caviar Master Bruno Higos to create a recipe for an extra special selection of caviar that has been matured exclusively for Les Amis.

The making of each sourdough is truly a labour of love.
