Our Bûche de Noël shines with a festive red ribbon and golden shimmer. Beneath the glossy glaze, layers of caramel mousse, hazelnut praliné, ganache, meringue, and dacquoise come together in perfect harmony. A decadent centrepiece crafted with precision for the season.
